Hair loss can be treated and prevented. Taking proper vitamins and shampooing regularly can help alleviate hair loss. Using too much hair gels and styling products can lead to scalp irritation for some especially for people with sensitive skin. Although dandruff does not directly cause hair loss, it is still best to prevent it from happening. A balanced diet, proper hygiene and healthy living can contribute to the easing of the situation and even to total relief from the problem.
